Write something a stranger can use
Specific, factual and first-hand experiences help. Rants, marketing copy and personal attacks do not.
Good contributions
- Describe what happened, when it happened and which product you used.
- Separate facts from your interpretation or frustration.
- Explain the outcome: withdrawals, execution, support, fees or rule changes.
- Use a pseudonym if you prefer, but keep one account per person.
- Update or correct your review if the situation changes.
Do not post
- Threats, harassment, hate speech or targeted abuse.
- Personal data about yourself or anyone else: full names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, account numbers or ID documents.
- Trading statements, card numbers, passwords or API keys.
- Spam, affiliate links, referral codes, promotions or repetitive copy.
- Content you were paid to write, or reviews of a firm you represent, without disclosure.
- Statements about criminal conduct presented as fact without a reliable public source.
- Impersonation, fake accounts or coordinated rating manipulation.
Firms and representatives
Representatives may request a claim review to correct factual listing fields. They must not submit disguised reviews, pressure reviewers, offer incentives for positive ratings or use multiple accounts. A verified claim does not give a firm editorial control over trader opinion.
Moderation
Reports are reviewed by a human. We may publish, label, hide or remove content, or restrict an account. We aim to act proportionately and record the reason. Negative but genuine reviews are not removed simply because a firm objects.
Moderation is not a court process. For defamation, urgent safety issues or legal requests, use the contact route in the terms.
Appeals
Authors and firms can ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed. Include the content link, what you think is wrong and any relevant public evidence. See corrections and appeals.
