Accountability
Corrections and appeals
Errors should be fixable without erasing the record. Every request is reviewed with its source, outcome and audit note.
Factual listing corrections
Anyone can suggest a correction using the action on a firm profile. Include the field, what is wrong, the correct value and a reliable public source. Screenshots are useful context but a current public link is stronger.
- Open the firm profile and choose “Request a correction”.
- Identify the field and explain the issue.
- Provide a public source and date.
- We review the source and update the record if justified.
- The request is marked applied or rejected; the audit trail remains internal.
Firm claims
A representative can request a claim using the work email and role. We check the domain, public role and available evidence. An approved claim marks the profile as claimed and allows factual discussions. It does not provide control over reviews, ratings or moderation.
Review moderation appeals
If your review was hidden or removed, or a firm believes a review is unlawful or contains personal data, report it with the exact issue and relevant public evidence. We may restore, re-label or uphold the decision. Repeated or abusive appeals can be restricted.
What we will not do
- Remove a negative opinion simply because a firm disagrees.
- Let a firm edit or delete a review.
- Publish unsourced allegations as fact.
- Act as a regulator, arbitrator or compensation scheme.
- Accept personal data, credentials or trading statements through a correction form.
Urgent or legal requests
For safety threats, defamation concerns or legal process, use the contact route in the terms and include precise URLs. Do not send identity documents through a public form.
